We stand behind the quality of our financial education courses and offer a satisfaction guarantee for eligible purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your course purchase, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
Digital Courses
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For most of our digital courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee period that begins from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of the purchase date and meet the following conditions:
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 30% of the course materials
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
Premium Courses
For our premium or certification courses, the following refund policy applies:
- First 7 Days: 100% refund (minus any applicable payment processing fees)
- 8-14 Days: 50% refund
- After 14 Days: No refund available
Coaching Programs and Live Workshops
For personalized coaching programs and live workshops, the following refund policy applies:
- 30+ Days Before Start Date: 100% refund (minus a $50 administrative fee)
- 15-29 Days Before Start Date: 75% refund
- 7-14 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: No refund available
- After Program/Workshop Has Begun: No refund available
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- No refunds are available for past subscription payments
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Individual course modules purchased separately from a complete course package
- Downloadable resources and materials, once downloaded
- Bonus content or promotional items provided free with a purchase
- Courses or services marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
- Purchases made using promotional codes or significant discounts (over 40%)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Order number or receipt
- Course or service you purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Alternatively, you can complete our online refund request form available in your account dashboard
Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and contact you regarding the status of your refund.
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process and appear on your original payment method.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
Payment Processing Fees: Please note that payment processing fees (typically 3-5% of the purchase price) may not be refundable, even when a refund is approved.
Course Access After Refund
Once a refund has been processed, your access to the course content and materials will be revoked. Any certificates earned or completed coursework will no longer be accessible or valid.
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing or using our courses, please contact our technical support team at tech@financepro.com before requesting a refund. Many technical issues can be resolved quickly, allowing you to enjoy the course you purchased.
If technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund timeframes.
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us directly. We will review requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation may be requested to support claims related to:
- Medical emergencies
- Natural disasters
- Family emergencies
- Other extenuating circumstances
Promotional or Discounted Purchases
Courses or services purchased at a discount of 40% or more from the regular price may be subject to a modified refund policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Purchases made with promotional codes or during special sales events may have limited or no refund eligibility, as specified in the terms of the promotion.
Course Bundles and Packages
For course bundles or packages:
- Partial refunds for individual components of a bundle are not available

- If a course within a bundle has been substantially completed, the entire bundle may no longer be eligible for a refund
